Adrianna Rowe is the founder and CEO of RAAVE DFW, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for and empowering individuals with disabilities. With over 12 years of experience in the field of education, Adrianna has developed a deep understanding of the importance of community support and inclusive services, particularly for those on the autism spectrum.
Her background includes roles as a special education teacher and a registered behavior technician, which have equipped her with hands-on expertise in behavioral health and individualized education. Adrianna has been a strong voice in the community through her work with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs, local speech and behavior clinics, adaptive sports programs, and parent training initiatives.
As the current treasurer of the Lions Club, she continues to contribute to impactful programs that improve the quality of life for youth and adults with disabilities. Through RAAVE DFW and her broader community involvement, Adrianna remains committed to building a more inclusive world—one individual, one family, and one community at a time.

Lindsay Guderian brings over 20 years of experience supporting children of all abilities, with a specialized focus on individuals with social and developmental needs. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and has worked across a wide range of environments—including private clinics, public schools, bridge academies, and one-on-one settings—offering individualized support to children and families.
Lindsay’s expertise spans behavioral therapy, speech and occupational therapy integration, and online individualized instruction for students with disabilities. Her experience includes work at The Cleveland Clinic and a bridge academy that combined academic instruction with applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech, and occupational therapy services. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and former Special Education Teacher, she has also led parent training sessions and taught adaptive gymnastics and swimming within community programs.

Marryssa also led after-school programs through creating supportive and engaging environments for children of all abilities.
Beyond the classroom, Marryssa is deeply committed to community service — helping families access valuable resources, sponsoring school clubs for students, and providing direct support to over 2,000 individuals experiencing homelessness. She also offers in-home support for children and participates actively in mentorship and training programs. Her work reflects a strong dedication to making a lasting impact both in the lives of individual students and across the broader community.
